How I help.

Three stages, in order. Each one stands on its own — if it doesn't make sense to keep going after a stage, it doesn't keep going.

Short intro conversation to find the actual problem behind the one you described in the email. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so and point somewhere more useful.

Plan

A clear proposal.

Written scope, timeline, and cost — plus what success looks like in concrete terms. No ambiguity to argue about in six weeks. Nothing implied.

Then, together

We figure it out side by side.

Strategy, training, or creative direction — done with you, not handed to you. You stay in the loop the whole way, and we adjust as we learn what actually works.
