Only what you give me, and only for what you asked for:

• Your email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter or ask to hear about new free guides. It is used to send you the confirmation link and the monthly note. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Emails you send me, to reply to you. Legal basis: steps you asked me to take (Art. 6(1)(b)) or my legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Your IP address, briefly, to rate-limit the sign-up form against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Emails and the subscriber list are handled by Resend (email delivery). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both act as processors on my behalf. I don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

• mjzak_access — a signed cookie that remembers you confirmed your email. Set only after you click the confirmation link; it lasts 90 days.
• mjzak_locale — remembers whether you chose English or Polish.

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe (one click, in every email) or ask me to delete it. Rate-limit records expire within hours.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time — write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
